    Delivery Areas & Fees

    Delivery fees are calculated based on item size, weight, and delivery location. All prices are in AUD.

    Sydney Metropolitan Area

    Small Items

    • Flat rate: $39.00

    Large Items (excluding stone baths and tiles)

    • Flat rate: $85.00

    • 1-person delivery only

    • Bulky/heavy items require assistance on site

    • Delivery to the closest easily accessible location

    • Ground level / level access only

    Stone Baths

    • Crane lift: $245.00

    • Each additional stone bath: $100.00

    • Forklift delivery available on request at an additional cost

    Tiles

    • Crane lift (first pallet): $195.00

    • Each additional pallet: $50.00

    • Forklift delivery available on request

    • Pallet size varies depending on tile thickness



    Outside Sydney – Interstate Deliveries

    Delivery availability depends on product type and location.

    NSW, QLD, ACT, SA, VIC

    • Small items: Flat rate $59.00

    • Tiles: Not available for delivery

    TAS, WA, NT

    Exclusions
    Fragile items such as ceramic or porcelain products cannot be delivered outside approved delivery zones.

     



    Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

    We stock a wide range of products at our Sydney Distribution Centre. Some items ship directly from suppliers.

    Instant Ship Items

    • Dispatch: 1–2 business days

    • Delivery: 2–4 business days to most metro areas

    Regular Ship Items

    • Dispatch: Typically 7–12 business days

    Custom / Made-to-Order Items

    • Lead times range from 2–12 weeks

    • If timing is critical, please contact us before purchasing

    Delivery Process

    • Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule delivery

    • Someone must be available to receive and inspect goods

    • Re-delivery fees may apply if no one is available

    Heavy & Bulky Items

    • Delivered via 1-person delivery

    • Customer assistance required on site

    • Delivery to the closest accessible location only

    • No stairs or internal placement

    • 2-person delivery available at an additional cost on request



    Click & Collect

    • Available from our Smithfield Warehouse

    • You will be notified once your order is ready to collect

    • Collections are by appointment only

    Warehouse collection hours

    • Monday to Friday

    • 7:00am – 4:00pm

     

    Please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID.
    Bulky and heavy items require a suitable vehicle and assistance for loading.

     



    Important Information

    • Delivery fees cover one delivery only

    • Orders with mixed lead times are consolidated into one delivery based on the longest lead time

    • Split deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee

    • Some remote locations may require delivery to a local depot or transport hub

    • All deliveries are insured — damage must be reported within 48 hours

    • Authority to Leave is available on request; GetBathware is not responsible for loss or damage once goods are left unattended
